Welcome to Mahlola. By accessing or using our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Mahlola is a marketplace connecting clients with independent service professionals. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To use Mahlola, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 2.1 **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old. 2.2 **Verification:** Professionals are required to provide valid government ID and clean criminal records. Mahlola reserves the right to suspend unverified accounts. 2.3 **Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Mahlola acts solely as a neutral venue/intermediary. 3.1 **Relationship:** We do not employ the Service Professionals. They are independent contractors. 3.2 **No Guarantee:** While we verify identities, Mahlola guarantees the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Professionals. The hiring decision is yours alone.

4.1 **Escrow System:** Clients pay Mahlola, not the professional directly. Funds are held securely until the job is marked as 'Completed'. 4.2 **Service Fees:** Mahlola charges a commission fee from the Professional's earnings upon job completion. This fee is non-refundable. 4.3 **Methods:** We accept Credit Cards, Digital Wallets (Vodafone Cash), and InstaPay.

You agree not to: - Use the platform for any illegal purpose. - Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users. - Circumvent the platform to avoid fees (taking the deal off-platform risks account suspension).

6.1 **Resolution:** If a dispute arises, users should first attempt to resolve it via the in-app chat. If that fails, Mahlola Support intervenes. 6.2 **Refunds:** Refunds are processed based on the investigation outcome. If a Pro fails to show up, the Client is fully refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahlola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
